How does it work?
SAMe is produced through a reaction between methionine (an amino acid) and ATP, an energy source. It functions as a methyl donor, meaning it provides important chemical fragments to proteins, nerves, brain transmitters, and other cells involved with genes and DNA.
How is it best taken?
  • Take this product with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach.
