What is this natural product used for?
Tea tree oil has been used worldwide as an antiseptic. It is used in mouthwash for dental and oral health. It is also used topically for burns, cuts, scrapes, insect bites, acne, and some types of fungal infections.
How does it work?
Tea tree oil contains at least one chemical that appears to be effective in killing certain types of bacteria and fungi.
